Multimedia is one of the most exciting field of Information Technology where there are 5 different kinds of multimedia. The first part of media is text, where program such as Adobe InDesign is use to edit Text. Text are edited using different styles, sizes and colors.

The second part of media is Audio, Adobe Audition is use to edit music and sound. Programs such as Cubase use to link to different VST instrument such as electric drums and others.

The third part of media is Animation where still images are combined to create animation. Adobe Flash are use to create animation and other similar programs.

The fourth part of media is Still Images, still images are known as pictures which is not moving. Adobe Photoshop as the most popular software of Adobe is use to edit photography in multimedia.

The last part of media is Videography, where video or moving pictures with multiple frames can be converted into video. Multimedia is one of the most important part of Information Technology fields where it can be combined with other field such as programming.

In today’s generation, since the internet started in 90’s, there’s a lot of media available for advertising. The very popular radio stations can be one of the advertising stations for business. Television can be wider than radio station and also one of the better ways for advertising with video and audio. The difference between radio station and television is they are both providing sounds and belongs to multimedia family. But television is better than radio since there is video involve. As of today, Internet is one of the growing advertising places. Newspaper is going old and internet can be used to publish different information from different people.

There are different ways of advertising over the internet. First is creating a website can be a good advertising, second is text links where you are advertising your website to different website to let their visitor visits your website too, and last one is online reviews. Many Research focus on the time pressures that might be given by communication delays of the top management and middle management and also why theses affect the time of a low level manager in his personal matter. Low level management are Employees of higher level management that might have time personal things that are important to do, work load of a regular manager can be Monday to Saturday, and sometime Sunday can be sacrifice, they probably needs more time. Almost everywhere people are working under pressure and they may have nothing to do with what is truly important to them.
